Overview
The Retinol Peel is an advanced skin resurfacing treatment that uses a vitamin A–based formulation to promote deep exfoliation and cellular renewal. By accelerating skin turnover, it helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, uneven texture, and pigmentation while improving overall firmness. The peel works by gently separating dead surface cells from the epidermis resulting in visible improvements including refined pores, reduced fine wrinkles, diminished pigmentation, and rejuvenation of sun-damaged or ageing skin.
Procedure
Step 1: First your skin is thoroughly cleansed
Step 2: A retinol-based chemical solution is carefully applied, avoiding the eyes, lips, and other sensitive areas
Step 3: Sunscreen is applied at the end of the session to protect and soothe the skin

How long does the peeling phase last?
Peeling usually begins within 2–3 days after the treatment and can last up to 4 days, depending on your skin type and the strength of the peel applied.
Is downtime required after a retinol peel?
Minimal downtime is required. While you can resume most daily activities, visible peeling may occur for a few days, so social events may need to be planned accordingly.
Can I wash my face after the treatment?
Yes, but only after the recommended time. Once the peel is rinsed off, cleanse your face gently using lukewarm water and a mild cleanser.
Is the retinol peel suitable for sensitive skin?
This peel may not be ideal for very sensitive or reactive skin. A consultation is recommended to assess skin tolerance before proceeding.
Can I go to work after the treatment?
Yes, most people can return to work immediately. However, mild redness or peeling may be visible for a few days.
How many sessions are needed for best results?
Visible improvement can be seen after one session, but a series of treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart delivers optimal and longer-lasting results.
Can this treatment be combined with other procedures?
Yes, the retinol peel can be combined with other aesthetic treatments, but proper spacing is required. Your practitioner will advise a suitable treatment plan.
