AFTER CARE TIPS 

Here are some tips for aftercare after dermabrasion:

• Cleanse: Gently      wash the treated area with a mild, non-abrasive cleanser several times a      day to remove crusting and prevent infection. Avoid harsh or scented      products.
• Hydrate your      skin : Use a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin   hydrated and prevent peeling. 

Shield from the sun: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, even if   you're staying indoors, as UV rays can penetrate windows. Avoid      direct sun exposure for at least 7 days, and avoid saunas, sunbathing, and steam treatments for 7 days.

• Avoid touching      your skin: Don't touch and rub which can slow the healing process.

Avoid some products: Don't  use exfoliating products for about three days, and avoid products with   glycolic acid, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, or topical acne treatments for   24-48 hours.

• Take breaks: Take a 3 to 4 week break between  sessions.
